Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Return condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an unused and original condition, with all original packaging included and undamaged:
• Original box
• Dust bag
• Insert cards
• Original tags still attached

Please note that if these requirements are not met, your return and refund will be denied.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment within 7 days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refurbished items
All sales of refurbished items are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us to find out where to mail your product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note that the customer is required to pay the return shipping fee. This can include international shipping fees if you are not shipping from the US.
