Where we ship
James Redwood ships to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Missouri, USA. Your full order is shipped together in one package.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free to the contiguous United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Standard shipping to non-contiguous US addresses is $24.95. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Optional upgrades, including tracking and insurance and priority processing, are available at checkout.
Processing times
Most orders are processed within 1 business day and ship within 1 to 2 business days after processing.
Delivery times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- Contiguous United States: 3 to 5 business days
- Non-contiguous United States: 4 to 7 business days
- Canada: 3 to 6 business days
- United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days
These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may take longer during peak periods.
Customs and import duties
US orders ship domestically from Missouri, so there are no customs fees or import duties to pay on delivery.
Changes and cancellations
We can only change or cancel an order before it has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
