Let me start by saying that this was my second order. I loved the first briefcase I received and ordered this duffel. That said, the quality of the stitching was very loose. There was some kind of glue or wax randomly on the canvas. But really it was the smell. To this day this bag stinks, I have treated it with all kinds of leather care and cleaners. It still has not even died down. My wife asked that I keep it in the basement, she can’t stand it. This company was good though and gave me a full refund. I would still order from this company, but whoever the vendor is for this style bag, they should drop them! I’ll give it two stars because the company was good about the return. They didn’t even want the bag back.

This is my second purchase from the real leather company and once again, they did not disappoint! I got my duffel yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the leather quality or the construction. The material is so soft and supple, you can just feel that they used expensive leather as soon as you touch it. The canvas interior to the bag is thick and sturdy and provides a really nice contrast to the brown leather. The bag itself is also quite large and the color is deep and rich. As for the construction, it is clear the bag was made by someone with lots of experience and high attention to detail. Long story short, if you need a leather duffel, you’re not going to find a bag of this quality for a better price anywhere else. 10/10, would recommend.
(I should add, that I had a small issue I raised with customer support, and the service was quick and resolved the problem. This is a company that wants to satisfy its customers and it shows in everything they do.)

Luxury bag, really liking it so far. Color looks great and the leather is top quality, woudl recommend.
The color is very noticeable it's almost brighter than the pictures. I like it I think, still need to get used to it.
