Where do you ship?

At this time we ship to the US, Canada and the UK. For more information, see our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping? 

Free shipping is currently available on all US orders and some Canadian and UK orders. Any shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Where is my order shipped from?

Our bags are designed in the US and UK, then handmade to order by expert artisans in our partner factory.

Whenever possible, orders are delivered directly to you from our partner factory. Orders are sent with express shipping.

This means your order can get to you faster, cuts out any middlemen, and provides a more sustainable option for you and our partner factory.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Typical delivery times to the US, Canada and the UK are between 2-6 business days for most items. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Please note tracking numbers can take 1-3 business days to be updated.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive within the timeframe specified?

First, check any tracking information. If you cannot get any more information from this, please contact us. For international orders, it is possible that your order is held at customs or there are delays within the fulfillment network. Unfortunately these issues are outside of our control.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package? 

Our goods are stocked in various international warehouses all over the world. In some cases, your products may be shipped separately to get delivered to you faster.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been processed or shipped yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

How do I care for my leather goods?

We recommend keeping your real leather goods dry, not exposing them to direct heat sunlight and not applying any chemical cleaners. For more information on leather bag care, please visit out guide on leather care.

I gave you the wrong address?

Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. Please contact us and if we haven't shipped your order yet we can make the change.

Do you provide monogramming services on your bags?

At this time, we do not provide monogramming or embossing services on any bags in our stock. However, we do recommend taking any of our bags to your local engraver for monogramming services.

Can my leather bag be made with custom dimensions?

This is possible in some cases, please contact us with the information of what you're looking for. We will then provide a quote. Please note that this will be made to order, so will take a few weeks to produce. All custom orders are final and returns cannot be accepted. 

Can I place a large order for my company?

Our team is happy to help you place a bulk order. Please contact us for further information.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30 day trial period. Try out this item for 30 days. If it's not right, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Check out our full refund policy.
