At this time we ship to the US and Canada only.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping is available on all US orders and most Canadian orders. Any shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?
Shipping durations appear on product pages for the majority of items in our store. Typical delivery times to the United States and Canada are between 2-7 business days for most items. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing your order. Please note tracking numbers can take 1-5 business days to be updated.
Are there any shipping delays due to COVID-19?
At this time we are not experiencing delays due to COVID-19. However, we ask for your patience should our shipping partners FedEx, USPS and UPS be experiencing any delays.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive within the timeframe specified?
If your order is delayed and you have not received shipping confirmation or a tracking number, please contact us for more information. If you do have shipping confirmation or a tracking number, we ask for your patience as your order is shipped to you. It may be that your order is held at customs or there are delays within the fulfillment network. Unfortunately these issues are outside of our control.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We work with various international warehouses all over the world. In some cases, your products may be shipped separately to get delivered to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!
I need to change my order...
Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email...
Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email or SMS after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam of Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order.
Do you provide monogramming services on your bags?
At this time, we do not provide monogramming or embossing services on any bags in our stock. If you would like to stay up to date on the services we offer, please join our email list at the bottom of our homepage.
How do I care for my leather bag?
We recommend keeping your real leather bag dry, not exposing it to direct heat sunlight and not applying any chemical cleaners. For more information on leather bag care, please visit out guide on leather care.
Can my leather bag be made with custom dimensions?
This is possible in some cases, please contact us with the information of what you're looking for. We will then provide a quote. Please note that this will be made to order, so will take a few weeks to produce. All custom orders are final and returns cannot be accepted.

We work with a range of expert artisans and manufacturers from around the world. Our bags are made in the US, UK, India, along with other countries too.
