Shipping

Where do you ship? 

We primarily ship to the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. We also offer international shipping to most countries worldwide!

How much is shipping? 

We do our best to offer free shipping wherever possible! You can check and confirm the price of shipping at checkout.

How long does it usually take for an order to arrive? 

Shipping durations appear on product pages for the majority of items in our store. Typical delivery times to the continental United States are between 2-5 business days for most items. 

Please note that if shipping is not displayed on the product page, the item will be shipped from one of our international warehouses. Shipping for these items takes between 7 and 21 business days. During busy times, some items can take up to 30 - 55 days, depending on availability and stock status. Also please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Please note tracking numbers can take 5-10 days to be updated.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package? 

We work with various international warehouses all over the world. In some cases, your products may be shipped separately to get delivered to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!

I need to change my order...

Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at support@therealleathercompany.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

I gave you the wrong address...

Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. Please email us at support@therealleathercompany.com explaining your situation and if we haven't shipped your order yet we can make the change!

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email...

Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam of Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order.
