The leather is high quality. It looks even better in person. The leather is very soft, which I really like. Everything fit in the bag that I need for work and every day use. Thanks for such a great piece of workmanship.

High quality, durable construction and materials. Looks great. Has just the right amount of storage spaces to work as my everyday work bag. Only downside is the padded laptop sleeve is too small for my laptop, but plenty space for my iPad.

Really love the great professional look on this bag. It’s a good size for what I need, which usually involves being on the road with my laptop. Quality of craftsmanship and materials seems to be really good. Hoping it stands the test of time because this will suit me for the next 20 years

I’m very pleased with my purchase. Six months prior, I made a mistake by purchasing a high in back pack and matching hand bag ($1500.00) . The high end products could not handle my outdoor rough life style. The real leather company has superior products at a fraction of the cost ( This is my second product purchase ). I can take my bag or pack anywhere, formal or camping.

I’ve had my fair share of disappointing work bags I've bought online, so I was hesitant to get another one without seeing it first. Quality of leather is very good. Interior might be slightly better, but so far so good.
I wear it in courthouse (by hand), and after hearings - I carry it on my back. Excellent solution!

Like the shape lots of compartments able to put your roller luggage that’s very nice

I work long hours and travel a lot for business, so I need a bag that’s reliable. My old briefcase wore out after less than 6 months, and it never really felt secure. The heritage changed all of that. The leather is tough, and I can tell it’s going to last years. Plus, it looks great—everywhere I go, people are asking where I got it. It’s functional, stylish, and is great for my work life. I highly recommend it.

This bag is absolutely gorgeous. It smells amazing each time that I open it.

I’ve only been using it for two weeks (back and forth down five flights of stairs and through the city to my car) however the quality seems sturdy enough to last a lifetime. The buckles are solid and the stitching is fine. The only constructive criticism that I have is that the pockets on the sides and inner compartments are on the smaller side for chargers and wallets.

Bought this backpack to replace another leather backpack from this company (the first was stolen, it didn’t wear out- I loved that bag so much!) this one is still great, but I wish there was a tiny bit more flexibility on the adjustable straps.
The arm straps already come as short as possible but I need them a few inches tighter to really sit where I’d prefer, and the magnetic metal closers to hold the flap down are also a bit short if I’ve got the bag stuffed full.

Very minor complaints in the grand scheme of a really wonderful bag. The leather does come a little patina’d but I use this for traveling and I like the look. If you are looking for a glossy perfect bag I’d suggest having some leather conditioner on hand. The material is thick and durable- and the zippers are a bit stiff but very heavy duty. No worries that the zipper will pull off track or pop.
