Bulk Order Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum order quantity of 10pcs required per SKU to quality for volume discounts.

2. If items arrive damaged, defective, or have incorrect quantities, please contact a member of our support team immediately upon discovery.

3. Orders below $10,000 must be made in full by credit card before the order is processed. Orders above $10,000 in value must be made by ACH/Bank Transfer.

4. All bulk orders are final and non-refundable/returnable.

5. Any sample costs are payable by the customer.

6. Estimated lead times are provided with any quote. Please note these are likely to be longer than for a single order, increasing slightly with the number of units ordered.

7. Bulk orders may be sent direct from our overseas warehouses.
