I am so impressed with my backpack. Extremely high quality - thick leather, quality stitching, sturdy zippers. Well designed with plenty of compartments. I needed a backpack but wanted to look like a professional, not a grad student. This bag turns heads and gets compliments!
Fantastic backpack! I have been looking for a high quality leather backpack that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg and I think I've got it. The leather definitely looks and feels like the thick leather that was advertised. It also has that nice leather smell, idk if other people will like the smell but I definitely do.
I was worried with such nice leather that the zippers would be where corners were cut but it definitely doesnt feel that way. They're smooth and sturdy and don't feel like they'll break on me anytime soon.

I've had this bag for a year now and it's still going strong. I take this to work with me everyday and do not baby it in the slightest anymore. Zippers are still smooth and I still get compliments on it. It does have some natural wear on the leather from my nails and being set down but it doesn't take away from the look and if anything adds to it. I do treat the leather once every 6 months but that's about it.

Great back pack very sturdy with tons of room. I like the way it unzips to give you access to the inside of the bag. I get tons of compliments when I travel, I get asked at least three to five times at the airport where I purchased this back pack. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. I use it daily for work as I work out of my car as an insurance adjuster. Very pleased with my purchase.

This company has exceptional customer service! My wife bought me the Standard backpack for my birthday and less than a year later, some of the stitching came undone rendering one of the pockets useless. I reached out to customer service and Rigelle Gomez was fantastic. I sent some pictures and a video to her, and she worked with her team to send me a brand new bag. She kept me updated throughout the entire process via email. My new bag arrived today . . . just fantastic customer service all around. I would certainly buy from this company again.
