I ordered the "prime" bag for my middle schooler. He wanted to step up his game this year. When it arrived, the packaging was damaged and when I removed the packaging the bag was very damaged on the back and around the zipper. I took a few pictures and sent an email to customer service. They apologized for the experience and sent me a replacement immediately. The replacement arrived very timely and without damage. I am very pleased with the quality of the bag and the quality of the service. Very deserving of 5 stars 🌟

I had ordered a bag and unfortunately it was the wrong size. Zac has followed up with me and made every attempt to accommodate me. This has been by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. During the COVID-19 crisis, they still put the customer first. The product was well crafted and great quality. I would and will recommend to anyone!
